Protein Pancake is packed with protein. These protein pancakes are perfect if you want to treat yourself (or someone else) in a responsible, tasty and healthy way.
A dose of 50 g is suitable as a snack in the morning or afternoon between meals (at least 60 minutes before or after). It
can be used after physical activity as well. A single dose should not exceed 100 g of the pancake mix.
Use: Properly mix a dose of 50 g with 100 ml of water until a smooth dough is created. Bake pancakes on both sides in a hot pan. Serve warm.
