A dose of 50 g is suitable as breakfast or snack in the morning or in the afternoon, at least 90 minutes before next meal. It can be used after sports activity as well. Maximum 2 doses a day.
Use: slightly heaped measuring scoop – ca. 25 g. Put the dose into a suitable container and mix with 100 ml of hot (not boiling) water. Cold water can be used as well.
