A powerful and elegant bench that combines two of the most basic exercises for training the legs: Stretches on all fours and Biceps bends. The purpose of these two exercises on the X-FIT bench is to effectively train the whole leg without straining the joints. The many inclinations that the back of the bench can take, as well as the generally robust construction, ensures comfortable, safe and effective training.
The special handles on the seat and the back, allow us to hold both exercises, keeping the balance while we can increase our resistance and strength, without risking any injury.
